Alamo CrossFit, founded by Rick Martinez, RN (US Army nurse) in 2007 our mission is to forge elite fitness in our “large” city of San Antonio, Texas and also to forge elite warrior fitness. We were proud to host CrossFit HQ’s 1st and only Wounded Warrior CrossFit level 1 cert in 2009 and continue to work with these heroes. A portion of your purchase goes to support the Wounded Warrior Project and is a group we support wholeheartedly. Some think CrossFit is “too hard” and when they do, I send them to watch this video below…a video of heroes getting CrossFit.
