Our training philosophy is built from many sources and individuals, to name a few: Greg Glassman, Mark Twight, Dan John, Barry Sears, Loren Cordain, Robb Wolf, Ben Tabachnik, Michael Yessis, John Jesse, Rob Shaul, NSCA and many more. We try to give reference to them as often as possible however, it’s all starting to blend together, which is to some, the whole point.
