Oceanside CrossFit is not only a crossfit "box" but a University of Elite Fitness as well. Our goal is not only to make our members the best athletes they can possibly be but also to educate them in fitness and nutrition.

OCF is owned and operated by a brother and sister team who possess a deep passion for crossfit as well as the community. Oceanside CrossFit's greatest accomplishement thus far is the community it has created. There is nothing like a group of people getting together several days a week, pusing each other to their limits and accomplishing goals they never thought possible.

The WOD's are intense, challenging, rewarding and fun. OCF has no problem getting people in the doors, it's getting them to leave! OCF has become a second home and family to many of it's members.
