CrossFit Bellevue is a high performance fitness facility located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The gym is owned and operated by former Navy Seals who live and work in the Seattle area. These men grew tired of trying to do hard and intense workout's at the local Globo-gym and got tired of the no it all meat heads that attended there. We decided we wanted a place to yell and scream, a place to get crazy and a place that was fun and so we faced the challenge and opened.

CrossFit Bellevue specializes in not specializing and we keep our clients on there toes with an ever changing and and increasingly harder workout regimen. We train our clients to work hard for 3-minutes and we train them to sustain and maintain for our grueling Saturday morning Monster Mash's.

Our workouts are fun, hard, and push each participant to there absolutes limits. We have a motto that says it all "When Others Are Miserable I Thrive". CrossFit Bellevue joining is easy quitting is hard.
